We produce handmade Armenian baklava
Baklava – is a traditional oriental pastries (sweet) with nuts. This product is rich in proteins, which are so useful in the body, and carbohydrate content – is very low, as the baklava is prepared from the finest (as papyrus) layers of dough.
The structure of our products contain only organic foods – nuts, honey, ghee and spices. Our products do not contain preservatives, chemical additives or flavor enhancers.
Due to the content of honey, the shelf life of baklava is very long – 3 months at a temperature of 0-28 degrees.
